Ultimate Ears have been a big name in on stage monitoring for a while, and for good reason. They are reputed as making some of the best in-ear monitors worldwide. They are used by plenty of pro musicians on stage, and equally plenty of pro live sound engineers off stage.
I want some.
Unfortunately they are a little bit costly starting around £400 for the entry level custom moulds here in the UK, going up to well over £1000 for their flagship model, the 18 Pro.
I’m currently drooling over their website and wishing the piles of loose change dotted around my desk would total up to the cost of a pair. No such luck.
